The service
Formatly provides free, browser-based image tools. The tools run on your device; we operate no backend and store nothing you process.
Free, as-is
Everything is free and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for correct, high-quality output, but we can't guarantee every conversion will be perfect on every device and browser. For irreplaceable photos, keep a backup of the originals.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the tools to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
- Try to disrupt the site or misrepresent what it does.
- Process anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the tools — including, for example, a failed conversion of an important file. Because processing happens locally, your originals are never at risk from us.
Changes
